Idiothinkcracies were a series of talks facilitated by Artistic Director Karis Halsall and Dr. Katherine Hopkins (PHD Psychology) from University College London.
The talks aimed of explore the following;

Instead of using art to improve our mental health, they will be exploring how our mental health difficulties have improved our art and what can we therefore gift to those struggling in the wider community? How do we honour our idiosyncrasies, our practice, ourselves and our stories?
